The Westside Regional CERT began in the spring of 2013, being supported by the City of Patterson, the City of Newman, and the West Stanislaus Fire Protection District. Michael Ambrosino is a Captain with the Patterson Fire Department, and has been with the department since 2001. He is certified in Urban and swift water rescue. He has been married for 27 years this May, has 3 boys ranging from 22 - 25 years of age.
Carrie Silveira is the Fire Marshal for the city of Patterson and the West Stanislaus Fire Protection District. She has been involved with fire prevention and life safety education in various capacities throughout Stanislaus County for over 20 years.
