The purpose of The Stanislaus Safety Council is to promote an awareness of safety on the job. The Council does this by acting as a clearing house for safety information and as a discussion center for new and proven safety techniques. It provides networking support for those who are in the safety profession.
The Stanislaus Safety Council is a member of the National Safety Council and abides by its guidelines and regulations.
The Stanislaus Safety Council mission is to promote continuous improvement in the safety, health and environmental areas of every business in our community both private and public. We promote the continuous improvement of these fields through communication, education and networking as outlined in our informational Brochure. We encourage involvement and participation from all levels of your business from staff, management and owners. We provide "real life" examples of the value of labor and managements "buy in " about current practices in safety, health and the environment areas of management.
