Dawn Bollen is a Safety Specialist, focusing on the behavioral aspects of safety, as well as learning management systems. She has more than 20 years’ experience with E. & J. Gallo Winery, the largest privately held winery in the world. Dawn has served in several roles including Production Team Lead, Safety and Training Team Lead, and her current role as an Internal Consultant. In this capacity, she is instrumental in ensuring a safe and productive work environment for Gallo team members, suppliers, and others. She has over 15 years’ experience within the general field of workforce development and training in conjunction with 16 years’ experience in the application of the Behavior Accident Prevention Process.
Dawn also has a strong passion for education and training and has been quite influential in the shaping of overarching corporate guidelines for safety-related training, has established standards for safety training curricula, and was a key contributor in 2016 for the launch of a company-wide learning management system.
Dawn is a Certified - BAPP® Technology Specialist. She received her Certification of Behavioral Accident Prevention Process (BAPP) from Dekra Insight, Oxnard.
Most importantly, Dawn is the wife and a mother of three. Over the years, she has learned to excel at balancing seamlessly the importance of family with her career as an internal consultant.
