AS CEO of RMJ, Jerome works with a team of associated business partners in the sales and marketing of break-through GPS vehicle tracking technology, electronic logging devices, multiple use vehicle camera systems, and fleet driver training programs – all of which are web-based.Some partners include Geotab, Samsara, Omnitracs, Mobileye, and Rosco Vision.RMJ’s -proprietary software includes Predictive Coach, which provides web-based relevant-automated-driver training.
Prior to establishing RMJ Technologies, Mr. Toliver acquired over a decade of management experience while employed in the banking industry. In addition to the finance sector, Mr. Toliver enjoyed his experience in public/media relations in the NBA with the Los Angeles Clippers and the NHL with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.
Mr. Toliver is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino and of UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in Management Development for Entrepreneurs. Mr. Toliver is known to speak on topics of Supplier Diversity, how to experience business growth among public agencies, and is a subject matter expert in the area of Driver Behavior.
Mr. Toliver serves on the US SBA’s Office of the National Ombudsman’s Regulatory Fairness Board, and is a former member of the Small Business Advisory Committee to California’s Department of General Services. Mr. Toliver resides in Tyler, Texas with his wife Veronica and their three children.
