Randy Jones is the owner RW Jones and Associates, a full service provider and Certified Bay Area UASI Vendor. He will be discussing "Preparing for a Hazardous Materials Emergency Release". The focus will be on the Employers Emergency Response Plan and understanding the transition of an Incidental Spill to an Emergency Response. There will be some overlap into SPCC, RMP and PSM issues.
