Rodney has worked with front-line supervisors all the way to senior executives throughout North America as well as with groups in Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.
Rodney possesses a Master Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is a certified facilitator for the Ken Blanchard Companies and formerly a Certified Instructor for the Dale Carnegie Organization.
