Jim Hernandez has 28 years experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Maintenance and, Repair of Material Handling Equipment and Processes. He has received factory training by 19 manufacturers in various equipment.
Jim also conducted accident investigation for several insurance carriers over a 12 year span. He is currently an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for 10 hr and 30 hr programs including but not limited to Confined Space, Lock-out, Block-out, Tag-out, Forklift Operator Training (30,000 operators trained to date ), Aerial Platforms, Fall Protection Requirements, Accident Investigation Training ( what you don't know will cost you ), Respirator Training, and First Aid CPR / AED Training.

2. What is a Permit Required Confined Space.
3. Basic Record Keeping overview.
